Panels are the main UI components in the Editor.
The main panel component is called the 'Generic Panel'. It's a freely-rearangable panel with support for multiple tabs.
You can add more tabs to the Generic Panel by clicking the '+' (plus) button in the top-right corner. To drag, un/dock and rearange panels in the Editor, grab them by the top most part of the panel (with the close ('x') button).
Multiple Panels can be stacked on top of each other, with tabbing ability between them in the bottom part of the Panel.
