Introduction

Scenes are the 2nd lowest layer in a Game above the whole Project itself.

Scenes are essentially just a collection of game entities bundled together. A Scene represents the starting snapshot of a game state. Further changes to that same game state are dictated by higher layered modules, such as components and entities themselves.

Scenes in the Editor are abstractions that mainly work as bundles that the Editor builds in a format that the Engine can then understand and process. Thus is it a shared concept between both the Engine and the Editor.
